MoveIn.Space/walkthrough is a walkthrough management tool that is free and simple to use. It increases agreement between landlords and tenants by proving “it was like that at move-in”.
Set-up is easy.

  1. Go to MoveIn.Space/walkthrough on your cell phone or tablet
  2. Enter your house, housemates, and/or the landlord
  3. Take pictures and add descriptions, model numbers, tags, etc.
  4. Submit and everyone gets access to a copy of the report on the cloud, and a reminder later to do a move-out inspection
